Pat Bell’s human resources career spans over 25 years and multiple environments. Brian T. Farrington, a native of the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, received his B.A. from the University of Dallas, and his M.A. from the University of Chicago. He spent 12 years with the United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, working in Chicago, Ft. Worth and Dallas, and was the assistant district director in the Dallas district office. In 1993, he became president of Harry Weisbrod Associates, and continues to devote his efforts to wage-hour, EEO and other employment issues. Farrington is also the author of the book Wage-Hour Compliance.
